Axel Berg has over 20 years’ experience in real estate law and has held several different specialist and managerial positions, primarily at the Swedish Land Registry where, among other roles, he was head of the legal department.
At Ascente, he assists clients in several different areas, such as surveys for land parcelling, rights of way and shared facilities, real estate transactions, leaseholds, rents, easements and other rights of use, as well as zoning and building permits.
He also focuses on environmental law, mainly handling matters concerning permits for environmentally hazardous activities, area protection exemptions and regulatory issues.
