The real estate team is led by Anders Frick, who has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions and structuring matters. The team includes advisers with specialist expertise in commercial leasing, property development and real estate financing. In keeping with Ascente's integrated team philosophy, we work closely with colleagues in our Tax, Banking and Finance, and Dispute Resolution practices to ensure every aspect of a deal is handled meticulously.
We regularly advise international investors and real estate funds with interests in the Swedish market, as well as Swedish clients with operations abroad. Through well-established relationships with leading law firms in other jurisdictions, we coordinate cross-border transactions. Our experience also extends to more complex structures such as forward funding, forward purchase and sale and leaseback.
