Tove Andersson

Tove specialises in environmental permit litigation and is often hired as lead counsel in various industries. She has in-depth knowledge of the energy sector and has worked for many years with several of Sweden’s largest wind power operators. She also has many years of experience in the aggregates and waste management industries, and regularly assists with matters regarding everything from water testing to environmental inspections, mass management projects, electricity grids and species protection. Tove is also knowledgeable about emerging regulatory issues concerning the rapid development of solar power and energy gases, as well as the food sector.

Much of Tove’s work focuses on environmental liability and environmental and energy law in contract negotiations and transactions, often for international operators. She also has particular knowledge of insolvency-related environmental law in the mining industry and liability issues in relation to natural disasters.

In May 2023, Tove was awarded Svensk Vindkraft’s Wind Power Award for achievements in the wind power industry.
