Magnus Berlin has experience as a judge in district courts and courts of appeal, specialising in dispute resolution and helping Swedish and international companies to avoid or win commercial disputes, or to reach settlements.
As well as acting as counsel in arbitration and court proceedings, he is often assigned to act as an arbitrator. Magnus has wide-ranging and extensive experience of litigation in many different areas and industries, such as construction, IT projects, insurance, corporate transactions and consultant liability. He is an accredited CEDR mediator and regularly lectures on procedural and arbitration law.
