Lovisa Dahl Nelson heads up Ascente’s trademark team in Malmö, advising companies on the commercialisation of intellectual property and other assets.
Lovisa has a particular focus on trademark and marketing law, as well as regulatory issues within life science. She assists companies in the pharmaceutical, medtech and food industries on regulatory issues, market access and marketing, drafting and reviewing contracts, and with intellectual property strategies and disputes.
