Kristoffer Hallin Veres has a background as a judge in public courts of law and experience of dispute resolution in the business sector. His various roles have given him broad understanding of the interaction between the law and the commercial aspects of dispute resolution. He also has a detailed understanding of how the courts work and of judges’ reasoning in their legal assessments.
Kristoffer provides both Swedish and international companies with strategic advice on ongoing and potential disputes, acts as counsel in court and arbitration proceedings, and negotiates constructive settlement solutions. He focuses in particular on disputes relating to patents and other intellectual property rights. Kristoffer’s assignments often have an international dimension and relate to a wide range of industries and areas of law.
