Carin Dahlquist has over 20 years’ experience as general counsel in the life science industry, including at a global pharmaceutical company, and brings a pragmatic, solution-oriented and business-focused perspective to her advisory work.
As a member of Ascente’s Life Science team, she advises Swedish and international clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry on strategic and operational issues regarding commercial law, intellectual property and marketing law. This includes business strategies for intellectual property rights and commercialisation, collaboration between industry and healthcare professionals, and the drafting and negotiation of contracts for licensing, research and development, clinical trials and manufacturing.
