Andreas Ödman is a member of both Ascente’s Tax and Corporate/M&A teams.
Andreas advises on matters throughout the transaction chain – from structuring and due diligence to completion and subsequent integration issues – where his tax law expertise and understanding of corporate law issues help create commercially sustainable solutions. Andreas regularly works on transactions, restructuring and incentive programmes in both the private and public sectors, often with an international dimension.
He also assists with shareholder agreements and other shareholder-related issues, corporate taxation, advance rulings and tax litigation, providing advice on both tax and corporate law. He also has experience in advising high-net-worth individuals, including handling cross-border issues.
Andreas also shares his professional knowledge and experience as a lecturer on an advanced tax law course at Lund University.
