Legal Assistant
Anders Linnerborg has worked with issues relating to the environment, energy and water since 1992, advising both Swedish and international companies. He heads up Ascente’s Environmental law team together with Tove Andersson.
Anders represents clients in permit applications in the Land and Environment Court and also manages issues relating to industry, energy, water, infrastructure, materials, minerals and water supply. He is frequently hired as an expert in matters relating to contaminated land, as well as liability issues and recourse action against other operators. He also assists in matters relating to commercial transactions. Many of Anders’ assignments have an international dimension.
